Shipping
Since The Diaper Drive Thru wants you to have your items as quickly as possible, we strive to ship instock items** within three business days.  Please Note:  The above shipping terms only apply when merchandise is paid via Paypal with a funded balance, instant transfer, or by credit card.  If you use Paypal eCheck as your form of payment, your items will NOT ship until your eCheck has cleared through Paypal.  All products are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service for both both domestic and international orders.

Payments
The Diaper Drive Thru only accepts payments through Paypal.  All types of Paypal are accepted (funded payments, credit card, instant transfer or eChecks) however, if you pay via Paypal eCheck, your order will not ship until your eCheck has cleared through Paypal first.  We only accept payments in U.S. funds.

Returns & Exchanges
We will cheerfully accept returns or process an exchange on any item purchased at The Diaper Drive Thru within 15 days of shipment as long as it is returned unused (other than being tried on) and unwashed with prior approval.  Return shipping charges on items that are not defective are the responsibility of the customer.  If item is being returned, original shipping charges will not be refunded.  Second quality items are sold "AS IS" and may not be returned or exchanged.  You must contact The Diaper Drive Thru before sending back any item for return or exchange.
